Online Business Meeting Appointment Service Available to ATOMEX 2018 Forum Participants

An online business meetings appointment service in the B2B format is available to participants of ATOMEX 2018, the 10th International Forum of Nuclear Industry Suppliers to be held at the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Complex in Moscow on 3–4 December. The service aims to facilitate the establishment of contacts with relevant experts of customer companies and suppliers.

The ATOMEX Forum is organized by Rosatom State Corporation. It is aimed at attracting new suppliers to the global nuclear industry and raising the awareness of suppliers of procurement issues. The forum will feature a conference and an exhibition of nuclear industry product and service suppliers. The round table discussions will focus on: the features of procurement activities and contracting equipment and service suppliers for Rosatom projects in Russia and abroad; the standardization and unification of equipment supplied for nuclear power plants; the development of the Rosatom Production System (RPS) from suppliers; and financial instruments to support suppliers.

Thus, as part of the “Construction of Nuclear Power Plants of Russian Design in Russia and Abroad: Project Status, Supplier Capabilities” round table, the Director of Unification and Standardization of JSC ASE EC (the Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation) S. Kulakovsky will present a report on “Standardization and Unification of the Procurement Process. Procurement with a Pricing Formula,” and JSC ASE EC the Director for Construction and Installation Works, I. Beltyukov, will talk about the specific features and requirements of the Engineering Division’s procurement process.

The round table “Ensuring Delivery Times through the use of RPS by suppliers” will be moderated by Director of the Department of Procurement Methodology and Organization at Rosatom State Corporation A. Melchenko and Director of the JSC RPS Operational Efficiency Improvement Programme A. Kurnikov. Representatives of Rosatom will talk about the operating procedures and the implementation of RPS by suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment. In turn, suppliers will share their experience in implementing RPS at their enterprises.

A separate section of the ATOMEX 2018 business programme will include tracks of Rosatom State Corporation divisions (JSC ASE EC for engineering, Rosenergoatom Concern JSC for electric power generation and Atomenergomash JSC for mechanical engineering) as well JSC RASU, the industry integrator of I&C systems and electrical engineering businesses. During these events, the main projects, products and new business areas of the divisions will be presented, as will the procurement programmes for 2019. Division specialists in the fields of logistics, procurement management, design, licensing, certification and qualification will take part. As part of the division tracks, pitch sessions will be held for suppliers to present their equipment, technologies and services. In addition, suppliers are welcome to schedule individual business meetings with division representatives in the B2B format to discuss issues of practical interaction.

The online business meeting appointment service is available on the official website of the ATOMEX 2018 Forum at http://www.atomeks.ru. Forum delegates and representatives of companies participating in the exhibition can set up meetings in the Personal Account section of the website before and during the forum. The meetings will be held on 3 December from 14:00 to 18:00 and on 4 December from 10:00 to 14:00. On the part of customers, the negotiations will be attended by representatives of JSC NPP Equipment Directorate for Consolidated Procurement, JSC ASE EC, JSC Rusatom Energy International, JSC Atomenergomash, JSC TVEL and its affiliates JSC CMP and JSC Machine-Building Plant, as well as JSC Rosenergoatom and its subsidiaries JSC Atomtechenergo and JSC Atomenergoremont. During the forum, registration for participation in B2B meetings will be possible at the exhibition stand of Rosatom State Corporation. Information about the procurement system of Rosatom and all its divisions is also available at the stand in digital format.
